Returns Policy

Pure Wave Water (PWW) accepts returns within 30 days of purchase for both defective and non-defective items. Returns are accepted in-store or by mail. Items must be in new or slightly used condition and accompanied by proof of purchase. All amounts and refunds are processed in CAD.

For mail-in returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and for purchasing their own return shipping label. For in-store returns, please bring the item and proof of purchase to our store during regular business hours. We do not charge any restocking fees.

Once your returned item has been received (for mail-in returns) or inspected in-store, refunds are processed within 7 days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund after it has been processed.

Please note that exchanges are not accepted.
